Home Town Roots Salon – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Home Town Roots Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure all clients receive the best service, we have the following cancellation policy in place: 1. Appointment Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service booked. 2. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without any notice (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in required pre-payment for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals Arriving late may shorten your service time to accommodate other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. 4. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive fees on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide the best experience for all clients!
